At IndiaClaim.com, we are committed to providing quality assistance for insurance claims, legal advice, and loan services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may or may not be granted.
1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of our services — which are personalized, time-bound, and based on professional consultations — most services are non-refundable once initiated.
However, we do allow limited refund and cancellation requests under specific conditions, detailed below.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Before Service Initiation

If a client requests cancellation before any document has been processed, appointment scheduled, or consultation initiated, a 100% refund may be granted (if payment was made in advance).

A cancellation request must be sent within 6 hours of payment and before any documentation has been submitted.
b. After Service Has Started

If the cancellation request is made after the process has started (e.g., document review, insurance follow-up, legal assignment), then no refund will be applicable.

All partially completed service requests will be deemed fulfilled based on time and resource allocation.
3. Refund Policy by Service Type
a. Insurance Claim Support

Refunds are not applicable once we begin work on your file or initiate communication with the insurance company.

If IndiaClaim.com fails to initiate the process due to internal error or unavailability of resources, a full refund will be issued.
b. Loan Consultation

Since we offer no processing fee and no stamp duty fee, no refund is applicable unless the client made a voluntary advance payment by mistake (in which case a refund may be considered).
c. Legal Advisory Services

Fees paid for legal consultations, documentation, and case advice are non-refundable.

In case of delay or unavailability from our side (e.g., advocate not available, appointment postponed for more than 7 working days), we will either reschedule or refund 100% of the amount paid.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.

We may deduct applicable transaction gateway fees or administrative charges if necessary.
5. No Guarantee Clause
Clients must understand that:

We do not guarantee insurance claim approval, loan disbursal, or legal case victory.

Our role is to assist, guide, and represent to the best of our ability.

Denial or rejection from third parties (banks, insurance companies, or courts) does not qualify for refund, as it's outside our control.
6. How to Request Cancellation/Refund
